These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and 32BitZ Studio ("32BitZ", "Company"). By accessing, installing, registering, or using any game or service operated by 32BitZ, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Game.

2. DEFINITIONS

2.1 Game

"Game" refers to any online interactive digital game operated on server infrastructure located outside the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

2.2 Virtual Currency

"Virtual Currency" means non-monetary, in-game virtual value used solely within the Game for gameplay purposes. Virtual Currency:

• Has no real-world monetary value
• Is not money, electronic money, or a payment instrument
• Cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or converted to real-world currency
• Exists solely within the Game environment

2.3 BitZ Card

"BitZ Card" refers to a digital prepaid activation code redeemable only within the Game to obtain Virtual Currency. BitZ Cards are not money, cryptocurrency, or stored-value instruments, have no cash value, and are not refundable or exchangeable for money.

3. TERRITORIAL RESTRICTION

The Game and all related services are NOT licensed, offered, distributed, or operated in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. 32BitZ does not target users located in Vietnam and does not provide services within Vietnam. Any access from within Vietnam is unauthorized and conducted entirely at the User's own risk.

4. LANGUAGE DISCLAIMER

The availability of the Vietnamese language in the Game is provided solely for Vietnamese-speaking users residing outside Vietnam. It does not indicate market targeting of Vietnam or constitute service availability in Vietnam.

5. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least thirteen (13) years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, you must have obtained consent from your legal guardian.

6. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted under your account. You agree not to share, sell, or allow third parties to access your account.

7. LICENSE GRANT

32BitZ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may NOT copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use the Game for commercial purposes.

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use cheats, bots, or unauthorized software; engage in harassment or fraud; circumvent technical or territorial restrictions; or violate applicable laws. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.

9. VIRTUAL CURRENCY

Virtual Currency has no real-world monetary value, is not owned by the User, and cannot be redeemed or transferred outside the Game. 32BitZ retains the absolute right to modify, remove, or reset Virtual Currency balances at its sole discretion.

10. BitZ CARD RESTRICTIONS

BitZ Cards are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by end users in territories where the Game is lawfully available. Resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of BitZ Cards is strictly prohibited, particularly in restricted territories including Vietnam.

11. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

32BitZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, invalidate BitZ Cards, or restrict access to the Game if you violate these Terms. No compensation shall be provided in such cases.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including software, artwork, characters, and trademarks, are owned by 32BitZ Studio or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to the User.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. 32BitZ does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 32BitZ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, accounts, Virtual Currency, or unauthorized access or service interruptions.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
